and do not levy any service charge for reservations (except in
certain situations which are given before the reservations are

however tariffs are purely indicative and may vary for specific

All the bookings are confirmed against 100%
payment in advance. Payments can be done through cash/cheque/bank
transfer/credit cards.

Payments - Any payment received for a reservation
is forwarded to the respective hotel/resort within a couple of days
of the receipt.

Refunds - Any kind of refunds are subject to the
guidelines laid out by the respective hotel/resort. Service charge
is charged for processing cancellations. Refunds will be processed
after 15 working days from the date of cancellation of the
respective booking.

Bookings cancelled due to any reasons from either
the customer side or the vendor side are subject to strict
cancellation policies of the hotel/resort. Refunds will be made as
per the hotel/resort policies.

Refunds will be paid though crossed cheque only.
